There is a hardness to her appearance that looks like it comes from cheek and chin implants on face that is losing fat due to age. The enchanced cheeks and chin give her a weathered and manly look. My suggestion is take out the implants because they are not needed. I’m sure it is hard to age once you’ve been America’s Prettiest Teenager, but it can be done gracefully.
