Look at the changes in Michelle Pfeiffer's nose over the years. It went from a cute little button nose to something thin and bony. Her high school nose is imperfect, but fits her face. In the early 80's, she made her first venture into rhinoplasty with a bad result, her nostrils were left flared. In the third photo from the early 90s, she had yet another surgery, notice the difference between her nostrils in the second and third photos. Finally, in the late 90s, she tinkered with her nose yet again, this time, she had a small tip put in and her nostrils are yet a different shape.
