Former Miss Argentina Dies From Botched Gluteoplasty

1994 Miss Argentina Solange Magnano died recently from a botched gluteoplasty (butt implant surgery). It is procedure done on an outpatient basis and most patients go home after 4 to 6 hours. In this case, extra fluid flooded the beauty queen’s brains and lungs and she died after being rushed to a local hospital. She leave behind two children. The final cause of death was determined to be pulmonary embolism.

Magnano was a former runway model. I suspect she naturally had low body fat and felt that butt augmentation would be a great way to enhance her figure. Normally implants or fat from another body area is used, but in her case, she had PMMA plastic injected into her buttocks. PMMA plastic is typically used on the face. In her case, the substance somehow traveled from the muscles where it is injected to her bloodstream causing her to die.

Finnair offers free plastic surgery

A Finland airline company is offering plastic surgery incentives to frequent flyers. Breast implants, hair replacement surgery or a face-lift are available via the company’s customer incentive program. Customers wishing to use air miles for enhancement surgery must first book a 95-euro consultation at the hospital before using loyalty points for the voucher.

Finnair has been unprofitable for five consecutive quarters, posting a 20.7 million-euro ($30.8 million) net loss in the three months through September. Finnair shares have dropped 19 percent this year, valuing the carrier, which is 55.8 percent owned by the state, at 506 million euros.

Ashley Tisdale’s nose heals

Initially, I thought Ashley Tisdale’s ‘nose surgery’ (she claims it was not cosmetic, but necessary for breathing; sure, we believe you, Ashley) was not the greatest, but now, after the swelling has gone down, it looks nice. Her face was also a bit swollen after surgery too. Look at a photo taken the weekend after surgery and a photo from a few days ago in Germany.

I found an interesting photo of Ashley taken in 2003 when she was a brunette with meat on her bones.
Her cheeks were less plump in 2006 when she smiled, even though she weighed more then. Isn’t that interesting? Most people lose facial fat as they age. I was looking at a screencap from the first High School Musical and her cheeks were not plump in the film, but definitely were during the media blitz afterwards. Maybe, she has cheek implants.

Finally, we don’t ‘hate’ Ashley on this site. We just notice things.

Trilastin works best on stretch marks that are not too bad, i.e. the fainter sort of stretch marks.

Update on skeletor with the fake boobs

Remember the photo of skeletor with the fake boobs? I received an email from a reader who claims to know the person in the photo and she offered a plausible explanation for the woman’s appearance.

Hey there

I just looked through the January 08 pics and found a lady I know there.

You have titeled it Skeletor with fake boobs I think.

The woman on that picture has been morbidly obese, then had a Gastric Bypass performed.
After the weightloss she had to have several reconstructive surgeries, including a breast lift with augmentations.

All went fine until her Bypass forced her body into losing and losing and losing even more weight – no matter how much she tried not to.

The result…well you have the picture.

She now is back to a normal weight.

Hopefully, we can get a current photo of skeletor now that she is not so thin.
