Photos of of Australian singer Delta Goodrem reveal her to be a good looking girl. However, she started out as an average looking girl with a larger nose, flatter face, and regular teeth. The transformation of Delta Goodrem has been spectacular. She has perfect teeth, round cheeks, and a sleek nose. Delta is only 21 or so.

Looking at new photos of Jennie Garth, I realized that she had changed more than I initially thought. Her nose is not as wide as it used to be. The nostrils definitely appear smaller as does the bridge of her nose. And of course, her eyes, which used to turn down at the corners, look more ‘awake’. Jennie’s forehead also looks super tight and shiny.

Check out Kevin Costner’s hair. It was receding pretty badly at one point and seems to have miraculously grown back. I suppose we can attribute that to the powers of having a hot young wife more than 20 years your junior (sort of like at ‘at home fountain of youth’).
Other men with receding hairlines indulge in the wonders of hair implants. Up close, the implants basically look like plastic baby doll hair. Even when finely spaced, you can see where the hair is ‘plugged in’. However, from a distance, the implanted hair can look real.

Jennie Garth is popping up around Tinsel Town events looking quite startled. It is big change from the girl next door everyone knew from the original Beverly Hills 90210. The biggest issue I have with her new look is that her forehead does not move and her eyes look strange. Also the skin around her mouth barely moves when she smiles. Even her nose looks like it has been tweaked a bit at the tip.

Although he has been covered before, I still constantly receive requests to feature Kenny Rogers on this website. So here, he is, the Maverick, himself.
Yup, it looks like a bad eye job / bad brow lift / bad plastic surgery situation in my opinion. However, if you look at his nose, it appears more aquiline and does not seem to have turned out badly. With the same eyes as the before photo, Rogers would look rather nice. The biggest problem is that his eyes give off a ‘too tiny for my face’ vibe.

Plently of people think that stylist Rachel Zoe looks ghastly, but she used to look more haggard. Previously, she had deeply beveled lines in her forehead, beneath that, a very lined, wrinkled feminely craggy face. I’m not sure what she did to her face to look so refeshed (mid brow life, facial injections, etc), but she looks somewhat better. On one forum it was mentioned that Rachel needed to get the lines around her mouth filled. It looks like she did and what appears on her reality show is the end result. Remember, plastic surgeons can only do so much, they cannot work miracles.

In photos, performer Lil’ Kim always seemed to be in search of having her nose carved into the perfect little button nose via various surgeries. The last time she was featured on this site, her nose had two little strange dents on either side. Now, it appears, the nasal dents are filled in and additionally, the bridge of her nose has been raised using a plastic implants to give the illusion of length.

Is it just me or does Brad Pitt look ‘redone’? One of his hobbies is renovating homes and maybe he has applied that technique to his face.
When he started in the industry, Brad had acne scars. Those appear to have vanished and his facial skin looks very smooth and even toned all over. If a man could be described as having a ‘peaches and cream complexion’, that would be Brad Pitt.
The bridge of his nose looks raised, which gives the tip of his nose a less upturned look. There is also something more square jawed about his face (jaw implants, perhaps?) In addition, most people lose facial fat as they age, but Brad appears to have gained in the cheek area. Furthermore, he is 44, but there is very little hint of sagging to his face. His face is not overly tight, but undoubtedly looks as firm as an early 30-something.
Who knows the real story? But, if there was a plastic surgeon’s knife involved, the job was done extremely well and more importantly, over time, so as not to startle or cause questions to be raised. Brad Pitt has transitioned from pretty boy to almost looking like a 40-something Robert Redford.

“Porn star” Alexia Moore aka Cassandra Malandri was arrested in a sweep of a strip club that offered more than nude shows. (Read the whole story at the New York Daily News.)Photographic evidence shows that Alexia was once an innocent looking girl who became emboldened by excessive plastic surgery.
In the first photo, she has very average normal sized lips. After some sort of lip enlargement, she bore a trout pout.
She also had a succession of breast implants unsuited to her small frame. The first set of implant looked liked small baseballs under her skin. The second set were larger in order for them to hang more naturally. The third set was monstrously large and, I suppose, well suited for being a worker at a strip club. Obviously having large breasts that do not look like they could even be remotely natural is okay in that industry. Yuck.

Ellen Barkin is against invasive plastic surgery, according to a recent magazine article. Sure, Ellen, we believe you. However, pictures don’t lie. Look at how her lips have varied in size; in the year 2000 photo, her lips are gloriously plump and the top one is slightly misshapen. In the year 2004 photo, her lips look like they have tubes inserted in them (could she have lip implants?). Also, her eyes look more ‘awake’ and her skin even looks smoother. It can’t all be the work of Botox.
