Would you change the face that got you a Vogue cover? Actress Sofia Milos did. Before becoming an actress, she modeled in Europe and was featured on a foreign edition Vogue cover. What did she do after quitting modeling for acting? She shaved down her nose, which looked fine in the first place.
I think she may even have a chin implant.

Daisy De La Hoya is the most unattractive contestant to ever participate in the reality show The Rock of Love! She has a bad nose job (it makes her face look long even longer) and her lips make her look like a duck. You can see that her original nose was not bad looking; I suppose she wanted the cookie cutter slender button nose.
By the way, her real name last name is ‘Mossman’ and not ‘De La Hoya’.

We have another entry into the ‘Why did she bother to get rhinoplasty because it won’t maker her more attractive’ sweepstakes and the winner is Tonya Harding.
Tonya was once a cute, petite girl with 80’s hair in 1994 when she was in the middle of a scandal to cripple her ice skating competitor, Nancy Kerrigan. Now, she’s a 200 pound raging meth machine as revealed by a recent interview and several police reports over the years (in one instance, she was described as ‘tweaking’).
Somewhere along the way, she had rhinoplasty. The tip of her nose is pointier and the bridge is filed down. It is pointless to have plastic surgery when you look like a tweaker! Having her nose shaved down does not benefit her, because it is not harmonious with rest of her face. It also appears that she’s had a chin implant. Both surgeries make her look harsh.

Kate Moss hit the international scene in the early 90s. Since then, she has been through many changes and even spent a few stints in drug rehab. The British press dubbed her “Cocaine Kate”.
Did drugs damage Kate’s nose? Some people feel that it has. I have received several emails and photos saying that Kate’s nose looks ‘eaten away’.
I do feel that her nose looks very different now. Her nose does appear narrower. The bridge of her nose looks raised and looks like it may have the sort of nasal implant give to cocaine addicts (whose actions cause their noses to collapse inside). Overall, it gives her a harder look.

What’s a Michael Jackson nose? It is a post rhinoplasty nose that does not look like it could have ever grown from your face and Miss Korea 2008 has one (thanks to the reader who sent it in). It is pretty bad. She has a small, wide nose with an obvious looking bridge lifting nose implant inserted. She did not get much bang for her buck and is definite proof that plastic surgery cannot completely change your look. It can only refine your current look by a few millimeters, which is the difference between being beautiful or not.

Hayden Panettiere plays the cheerleader on the tv show, Heroes. A recent email from a reader mentioned that her nose looks somehow different. I agree, it does. The tip of her nose looks slimmer and shaved down.
Does it work? No, it just looks and seems unnecessary. It makes her look older overnight. Why would anyone want to take away their babyfaced looks in ageist Hollywood.

Sara Gilbert is one of the more likable Hollywood actresses. She doesn’t spend a huge amount of time on the red carpet like a desperate famewhore. She can actually act.
What is baffling is her nose that looks shaved down. Why, Sara, why? You don’t need it.
In the first photo, her nose looks natural. In the second the tip of her nose looks different and the bridge looks straighter. In the third, the lower third of her nose looks smaller and the bridge looks even more refined, smoother, and straight.
Why was this surgery not a good idea?

Sometimes rhinoplasty to make a nose smaller is a bad idea. Why? Because it throws off the symmetry of your face by making your eyes look closer together. Added in with the other work, it makes her look like a squinty-eyed witch.
