Worldwide fame led to quite a bit of plastic surgery. Britney Spears had her eyes, nose, and breasts redone. Her breast were redone multiple times. (After her braless 1999 appearance on the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, she had her recently upsized breasts reduced.)

In the 'Baby, One More Time' video, she is flatchested. Then, on the right, her breasts are huge.
