I do know that some breast augmentations are performed via an incision in the armpit. The procedure is called minimal incision breast augmentation, because no incisions are made into the breast itself. A small pocket is created in the pectoral muscle and the implant is put in place. Time marches on and no one appears the same forever, but her current look shows an amazing effort to halt any sort of aging process. I can only guess at what she may have had done. I do notice bat brow, which usually indicates some sort of plastic surgery involving the brow. She just looks strange with the long blonde hair; it is a hair style that would look better on a younger woman. Weird facial features and an overly young hair style definitely earns her a spot in the 'What happened to their face? files.

Ok, here is the inside dirt on Kim's alleged sex tape. It actually sold poorly. Why? There is very little sex in it. If you saw the clip online where Kim is face down on the bed (wearing a bra!) with Ray J on top of her, then you saw the best part of the tape. Most of it is just Kim scantily clad talking about her life. How exciting!

Chloe is already being skewered for her looks on various blogs (like this week on Monsters and Critics), but, please try and be kind. Chloe has suffered from anorexia for the past several years and also appears to have issues about her physical appearance, hence the facial alterations (eyes, nose, lip changes). Chloe has her own YouTube channel and seems like a nice, witty sort of girl. I genuinely think her voice is more suited to musical theater instead of Top 40 music, because of its own unique tones and textures, which are very different from her mother's. I do not think that a life in the spotlight suits Chloe; in fact, it will only make things worse, because every part of her will be held up to public scrutiny.

Emilio Estevez - Totally Not Hot Anymore

Ok, what happened here? About a decade ago, Emilio Estevez decided to focus on directing and stay behind the camera. Hence, should he be worried about how he looks? No, he can age and not go through the usual Hollywood anti-aging routine (you know, the one where you attempt to cut, peel, inject, and carve your way back to how you looked at 25 years old). It does not look like he took that route. There are some nice hollows above his eyes that were not there before (and no I don't attribute that to age, because it causes sagging eyes). Then there are his cheeks, which look astonishingly full for a man his age (he was born in 1962, you do the math). Restylane, anyone? It is an injectable used to restore cheek volume lost to aging.

The overly done Faye Dunaway (described by CityRags as suffering from 'madamism', a malady caused by too much plastic surgery which leaves the victim looking like the 80's puppet Madam) has chiclet (they are big square pieces of white chewing gum, click here for a photo) teeth. Actually, her teeth are not chiclets, but veneers. Veneers can look fantastic, but are not for everyone. If you have extremely stained teeth, teeth that are too small (a la Kirsten Dunst), or even twisted teeth, veneers are a great option. But for someone who already had nice teeth, what was the point?

Celebslam.com (link) broke the story about Ali Lohan (yes, Lindsay's sister) having trout pout. I agree that her lips look larger and think it is totally disgusting that a child is allowed to have collagen injections. She is being groomed to be a child prostitute and that is plain wrong. A new theory on Lara Flynn Boyle

I just received this interesting email about actress Lara Flynn Boyle and her recent public appearance:

I saw that episode of "Law & Order," and I also took forever to figure out it was her. It doesn't appear that she's had surgery, but rather that she's on prednisone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prednisone ) (or some other steroid). Those things cause fluid retention and are prescribed for all kinds of nasty illnesses. I hope she doesn't have something seriously wrong, though given the horrible things she's done to her body (like the extreme weight loss), she may very well have messed herself up, or maybe she's just very sick. My first thought (once I figured out the swollen-faced girl was her) is that she's taking prednisone. If she'd simply gotten fat, she'd be fat *everywhere*, but instead, she's puffy, so I suspect it's medication she's taking making her puffy.
