How do you know your breast implants are hideous?

How do you know that your breast augmentation surgery was unsuccessful? When your breasts looked bolted on like Victoria Silverstedt's! They look bolted on and hard. Another indication is having a cavern like area between your breasts. It just doesn't look good.
