    Liza Minelli Looks Surprised

    I saw Liza Minelli on TV last year and was stunned at how she looks now. She looks permanently surprised. What's changed? The area above her eyes looks very different. Supposedly, complications from face lifts are rare, but I don't think Liza got an optimal result.
