Is her nose partially melted?

A concerned reader sent in the photo above along with the question,"Is her nose partially melted?"

Obviously, her doctor tried to make nose into something that it is not. She most likely wanted a perky button nose, quite unlike her flat, wide nose. To create the look of perkiness, in this case, it likely the surgeon used grafts to build up her nose. I don't consider the outcome to be successful because the patient looks somewhat odd; onlookers are left puzzled and wondering, 'What haapened to her nose?'
