    Billy Bob Thornton no longer looks like middle aged guy striding towards his senior citizen years. He now looks like a middle aged guy with really tightly stretched skin. Contrast the new Billy Bob on the right with the old on the left. 'Subtle' is not how you'd describe his plastic surgery.
