By popular demand, I present one of the scariest celebrity plastic surgery victims of all time, Mickey Rourke. Where the wheels fell off on his film career, no one knows, but by the early 90's Mickey's face started to morph into something frightening. Gone were his once pretty looks. In their place was a man with an oddly misshapen face; author Cintra Wilson has likened his face to 'looking like cat food'. After looking at his face, one can only agree wholeheartedly.

What did Mickey change about his face? Everything! He's not recognizable as the cute guy from the movie '9 1/2 Weeks'. He's had a chin implant, large square cheek implants, a lower lip implant, and several rhinoplasty surgeries. Mickey embarked on a boxing career in the early 90's which never panned out; it simply left him with a badly damaged nose. In fact, his nose was flattened somewhat and you can tell he's had several unsuccessful rhinoplasty surgeries to correct it. However the worst part of his plastic surgery is his too tight face lift, which highlights his mishmash look.
