Cindy Crawford: before she was famous has had:
1 CHIN IMPLANT (vertical lines down the side of her chin and that square shape at the bottom are a 100% implant “tale-tell” sign);
2 NOSE JOB
3 CHEEKBONE IMPLANTS
4 CHEEK/FACIAL LIPOSUCTION
More recently (AFTER 40) she has had: 1 mini face lift including BROW/EYE LIFT that has left her looking slightly Asian like Kate Jackson and has SHIFTED HER SILICONE CHEEKBONE IMPLANTS

As you can see, her nose was bulbous and wide and would have gotten wider as she and her face grew! Not the opposite! Finally, you can see she had low cheekbones! Those are definite implants. She had face lipo to sculpt her cheeks & suck out the fat from the lower portion of her cheeks, a common procedure most people on TV have done, along with a nose job. (it’s what gives them that 30 year old look!)

For more information google plastic surgeons cheekbone implants then do the same with Chin Implants and you will see, very easy to recognize once you know what to look for! No one is born that perfectly symmetric. NO ONE!

She also had some of the work done as a teenager. The middle of her face seriously looks like a clown that’s why the camera won’t linger on her, have you noticed that? Whether you’re watching Demolition Man, Miss Congeniality or that other Keanu movie she is hard to watch the camera is always on her costar and flickers to her and back at the costar.
If you look at the pix you posted you can clearly tell she’s had that lower cheek lipo done. You do not lose weight from the face when you’ve never been fat to start with. Just ask Amanda Lollipop-faced Bynes or Kirsten Balloon-Cheeks Dunst.
SB’s implants are very obvious very hard. I wish you’d dig up some of her pre op pix. They’re out there.
