His eyes have become asymetrical. I don’t know if this is a bad eye job or natural aging, but his eyes used to look the same. Now he look like Popeye .

I can’t tell any difference between 2-3-4. The eyes look more ‘alert’ in pic 4 but I think the light just makes them look brighter. In pic 3 the light makes them look more pale. As for the forehead, there’s the same wrinkles and same shine in 2-3-4.

I honestly don’t see any surgery here. He looks great, but he looks his age.

Lips thin out as we age. He does not belong in the ‘awful’ category at all. He has has an eye job that evened out his eys (the left one was a lot smaller, now they appear the same size. His nose was well done. To me he looks like good plastic work and still a a hunk.

I see the effects of age, lighting, and different facial expressions. His left eye is closed slightly more in every picture. His nose looks the same in all of them. The puffy lower lip could be because of age and the facial expression is different in the other 3 pics. The forehead is shiiny in pics 3 thru 4. So if people have a shiny forehead, it means they have had botox? I must have had botox because my forehead is shiny today. Oh, nevermind, I put lotion on my face this morning.

I don’t know, I can’t really see that he’s had anything much done. IMO, he looks better in picture 4 than pic 1–more masculine now. He’s aged somewhat, but still looks good to me.

the first pic is clearly photoshopped and he is younger. i don’t think he’s still pretending to be a 20 something in S and the City either. the girls got older as part of the storyline so why wouldn’t he.

he does have something wonky going on with his eye in the last 2 pics though.

He looks great and I can’t see any surgeries. Our faces naturally change when we get older. When you look at his face feature by feature you can see some areas that a Hollywood plastic surgeon would want to change. I hope he never waks into one of their offices. He is a good looking guy.

What’s sad is that there seem to be no dignified roles left, so people have to get work done to fit into the juvenile crap they’re being asked to play. Sloppy, stupid screenwriting is breeding surgically altered faces–needlessly so. Whatever happened to smart, anyway? Not sexy enough in HD?

Why are his pupils pointing in different directions? Or is it the pupils? There is something going on with his eyes that’s not there in the pictures 1. and 2. I have a friend who loses the control of her eye muscle from time to time and when that happens, she looks like that – slightly insane. Otherwise he looks pretty good.

Just because someone’s forehead is “shiny” does NOT mean they got Botox. I can’t think of a single thing he’s done. He looks the exact same just 10-12 years older.

HUH??? Am I the only person here who can see how wonky his nose is and the horrid indentations left behind by his nose job??? And his eyes are clearly messed up in photos 3 & 4 most likely due to surgery. And yes lips do thin out with age – that’s why even Angelina Jolie clearly has her top lip pumped up regularly.

He’s had his eyelids done, and probably wears contacts as his pupils are bigger in #4 pic. Looks like veneers on his teeth which changes the shape of the mouth. Doesn’t look to have had a nose job. Hasn’t had a forehead lift, but maybe a tad bit of botox. He’s older so he doesn’t have that younger man dating older woman look anymore. He’s changed enough that you have to look twice and ask yourself who is that guy, he looks familiar.

I have to ask myself daily when I look in the mirror who it is I am looking at! Bigger pupils usually means lower light level, not contact lenses…….or, dilated cuz’ he’s high. He looks high, huh? Not to completely rule out colored contacts of course, since a great many celebs wear them. If I was a big sinner I’d pull that boy right down to the ground and do him right.

Im not quite sure how people can say he hasn’t plastic surgery when he has those creepy wonky eyes. He should have stopped at 2 if he was going to anything – both eyes look exactly the same size, though they do look rather small.

Huh? He looks fantastic. If he had any work done it was long, long ago – maybe a nose job (those indentations on the side of his nose are there in the 1st pic – the lighting in the later pics just highlights them), though some folks naturally have noses with a bit of a pinched tip. His eyes have always been a bit wonky – the left one is squinty compared to the right one.

I actually think he’s filled out and grown into his looks as he’s aged. He looked really horsey to me when I first saw him on SATC, but his lips have thinned out and the sides of his face filling out with age has made his head look less elongated. He’s much better looking now than he was a decade ago. He’s gone from being striking and pretty to being masculine and incredibly handsome. He should really keep the stubble, because he looks best in that second photo with the full stubble, which also helps to de-emphasize the horsey shape of his face.

He looks great to me. His nose is definitely the same in all four pics.I can’t decide if he’s had a small eye lift because tilting your head up or down even a few degrees affects your eyelids (back- heavy lids, down- small lids). I’m inclined to say yes though, maybe a very good eye lift. His eyes were always a little asymmetrical, as are pretty much everybody’s. And, no, Botox doesn’t cause a shiny forehead. It reduces wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that cause those wrinkles, but it cannot affect the texture of the skin. Shiny foreheads are caused by laser resurfacing (not likely here since JL’s forehead looks the same in all three latter pics and not like he’s been turtle-waxed), or perspiration/skin oils/moisturizer and bright flash photography. Not Botox.

Very bad eye job. They are not balanced and they used to be his best feature. That ugly nose job he got in his early 20s is what he should have gotten corrected. He needs a revision nose job badly. That is one of the worst ones I have seen on a dude.

Venus In Blue Jeans you are an idiot! Lips DON’T THIN OUT BY 50% as you age. They get droopier which gives the appearance of thinning and the wrinkles don’t help either. No one loses 50% of their lip fullness between the ages of 20 to 25, that is NOT ageing. PS: Angelina Jolie has again has her lips reduced, like she did when she was a teen.

His eyes were asymmetrical already. I’ve been peering and peering and just see one picture of him younger, and three of him looking older and pretty much identical. No nose job either, his nose hasn’t changed at all.
