If your breasts are naturally wide spaced before breast augmentation, they still will be after. The space is usually improved/narrowed with implants but only by so much. If the surgeon tries to artificially place them too close to the center it can cause symmastia (uniboob), and the implants must be centered under your nipples or the nips will be off to the side.

Sorry but I have implants and have to correct the misconceptions on here. I had widely spaced boobs both before and after. They are closer together now but still wider than most peoples’. I think they look better than hers but aren’t perfect. Nobody is perfect, even after surgery.

Wow, this caption was even meaner than it usually is! BTW, what’s wrong with Forever 21 style clothes? I don’t wear them, but obviously a lot of people do, since they have stores all over the United States. Not everyone can shop at Rodeo drive.

Understood LisaG, but I don’t even think this girl’s have dropped yet and she refuses to wear a bra (both would help the space between look smaller). Additionally, she went waaaay too big for her body.
