Wide gaps can occur totally natural. Natural breast do have the tendency to drift to the sides when not pushed into a bra.

The reason they have such a large gap between them is that they’re NOT REAL. They look GHASTLY. For God sakes, when will people learn that small breasts are beautiful and they enable their owner to wear all kinds of tiny sexy tops in public and look sexy without being obscene?!? I can’t do that with big breasts. Enjoy the way you are!!

This is what happened to me and I hate it. I am a big 6′ person so it is not as noticeable but I hate how my boobs stick out the side. As soon as I save up enough money to go back in, these fugly inmplants are coming out and back to a size B.

I think her breasts are not that big. Of course small ones look good too but these not huge. The gap is not so beautifull but in this picture it doesn’t look that awful.

(the implant incisions have to be made in a way that prevents the implant from drifting to the side towards the implant). That makes no sense how is the implant going to drift to the side toward the implant?

it has nothing to do with size of the ribcage, there are plenty of women out there with large gaps on narrow little figures. Its from the SHAPE of the ribcage, some people of square ones where implants fit nicely, and some (often those with more narrow ribcages) have cylindrical ribcages, aka round and with no where for implants to settle. Think about it.

There are many factors when getting implants. The woman’s existing breast will determine the outcome. The implant is centred behind the nipple. The dr has to make a pocket to hold the implant in. The size, shape, and the amount of filler also determine final outcome. You get what you pay for and you can’t expect perfection only an improvement. However, I have also seen some really bad boob jobs. What’s funny,is that the lady usually thinks there awesome and there sick.

I don’t think cleavage is obscene. But if you have big breasts and don’t wear a bra, you don’t have cleavage anyway, you just have low floppy breasts. I was thinking of little halter tops and such. Too much bounce is not attractive, it’s a wet t-shirt contest waiting to happen.

Why do women with small breasts always bash big breasts, and have all kinds of “less is more” mantras? Truth is, ALL natural breasts are beautiful, but the men stare at the big ones, so stop lyng to yourselves please. Big ones fill out clothes the way small ones can’t (strapless dress anyone?). I am naturally big breasted. The key is having your tops fit properly, not what size your breasts are. There is nothing “obscene” about large breasts, it’s how you carry yourself when you have them. Hers look obsene because they are fake with a huge gap and she is nearly naked. Again it’s not about size, it’s how you carry yourself.

Implants do not change the natural shape of the breast. Whatever a person starts off with, whether odd shaped, pointing east and west, or a huge gap between the breasts, is exactly what they will still have after having breast implants, ONLY BIGGER!

It’s not a great mystery and it’s not a fault of the surgeon. Surgeons can’t alter the natural starting point.

I do have big breasts. I’m not bashing big breasts, just fake ones. And I don’t think they’re obscene, unless you leave them hanging out of your clothes, or go braless when you shouldn’t. My point is, women look beautiful with the breasts they were born with.

Give Men a break. They look at big breasts, but that doesn’t mean they want their girlfriends or wives to have fake ones. They are smart enough to know that most women have small to medium sized ones and its more important to get laid and you don’t lay breasts (unless you’re creative). It’s not a matter of the virtues of small, but virtues of real versus fake. Women get implants for their own vanity and (hmm) it isn’t exactly flattering. Few women can pull off fake breasts and I can only name a few celebrities with good jobs like Pamela Anderson.

Ugh I’m so sick of people bashing about breast implants, it’s almost as if you’re all jealous, I do agree some women go over board but with that being said, I am a proud owner of implants, I do not regert the choice what so ever as I was a -A cup size before the implants, I guess it just all depends on body type but when ever I put on weight to try and grow my breast naturally, all the fat went to my ass and hips, never on my belly or breast.. plus I refused to get FAT just to have breast, so I did the implant, as for there being a space in the middle.. this is not due to the implants as even when I was a -A I still had a large gap between my breast naturally, it’s all to do with your rib cage.

Men don’t stare at large breasts. They stare at proportionately large breasts. There is a big difference. A B cup on a petite girl will get as much attention as a D cup on an average girl. If you are wondering if your breasts are proportionately larger there is a simple check. Stand topless with your side to a mirror. Turn your head to the side so you are looking at yourself in the mirror side on Now look at the width of your arm (between shoulder and elbow) now compare this width to how far your breasts protude. If your breasts stick out further than the width of your arm, congratulations, your breasts will be admired by many. If they are about the same width, you have proportional breasts to your frame. If they are smaller, just drop a few pounds and you will get there.

The problem is caused by plastic surgeons who have no idea what they are doing and cannot tell what looks aesthetically pleasing. When a gap like that might happen, they ought to consider an implant with a larger diameter that is a lower profile so that it does not stick out like a teepee. Most plastic surgeons just lack the touch and talent needed to make their clients look good.

Some people have a natural vally between their boobs I do and I don’t have fake boobs so just because someone has a vally between thier boobs doesn’t make them fake I get that all the time the questions about if my boobs are fake I have had to go as far as to let someone feel my boobs and they still didn’t believe me. So it sucks to have a vally between my boobs.

The cleavage size/ gap/ valley between the breasts is her natural shape implants do not alter this shape they only make the breasts larger and the implant is placed so that the nipple is in the center (its natural place) you all would really think she looked silly if the implants were placed next to each other and her nipples were under her armpits… think about it it only makes sense. now if she were wearing a pushup bra… as many of her physique do (with or without implants) you would not notice the gap.
