My guesses…rhinoplasty to pinch in her nose, possibly some chin work done, though that’s questionable. I think she had her eye lids done, too. Made them wider. The lips are obviously collagen injected.

Nasal tip looks thinner. She looks like that Heidi Montag woman now. With all the little procedures done here and there these women all start looking startlingly alike. There are a few versions of the plasticized look, such as the dark eyed bleached blond version (Holly Madison), the actual blond former homely girl version (Holly Montag), the formerly cute but too desperate to stay young version (Nicolette Sheridan or Meg Ryan). They all start looking alike after their work. There is a similarity of their features, skin tone, drape of skin. The quirkiness that formerly distinguished them is gone, and they are bland looking. Real beauties can carry of unusual features, and women who aren’t perfect but have real intelligence or character have a look in their eyes that shows through. These girls don’t have it, it’s all about the shell, and the shell isn’t anything exceptional.

Botox lips just look awful. Whenever I see them on say, a TV actor, it’s all I can notice. I can’t even pay attention to the performance because I’m thinking ‘doesn’t she know she looks like she had an allergic reaction to her lipstick, and a bee sting in the mouth on top of it?!?’ The insane levels of cosmetic surgery that have become commonplace among anyone with money and everyone in Hollywood don’t improve anyone’s appearance, it just makes the victims all look vaguely alike and entirely bland. Surgery isn’t going to make an unattractive person attractive, it will just make that person like every other patient their surgeon has operated on. And it almost always makes an attractive person less attractive.

It is just so sad. These are all young girls. Where did they learn surgery equals good? She looked fine before. Many youngs girls would love to have looked that. And I will forever wonder what they are seeing when they look at their lips after the injections. I don’t believe one person, star or not looks better. Meg Ryan is one of the best examples but every single person is a good example of what not to do.

Lips look worse, but the nose looks better … however she seems to have erased any unique look she had and now looks like any other protypical ‘Stepford Wife’ running around Hollywood these days.

Her before picture looks like Brooke Hogan. She looks good in the after picture although a bit ‘plastic’. But if I knew her ‘before’, and passed her on the street ‘after’, I wouldn’t recognize her as Stephanie Pratt.

now she looks like squssie face. she too will come with the fake boobs, its just a matter of time. Stephanie doesn’t have a mind of her own she is a true follower so this is not surprising but disappointing. I don’t get why these people don’t take a look at others before them and see the damage of plastic surgery….. Meg Ryan use to be cute and could have age well but now you never see her b/c she f up her face. Stephanie really just looks weird.

hate to tell you, but when you get off meth you DON’T LOSE WEIGHT. you GAIN WEIGHT. meth is an amphetamine. methheads can go days without eating. it takes your appetite away and makes everything taste like metal. if she’s living in Hollywood and has LOST weight, i’d say she’s hit the meth NOW. it’s the starbucks of hollywood.

yes i know from experience at both things, meth and hollywood and i’m way done with both.

If it is actually inexpert Botox injections that caused her left eyelid to droop, it will resolve in about 21 days, or November 12, 2009.

Any dermatologist can confirm this.

I’d have to agree with most of the posts on here! How do the stars get their faces to look so “waxy”? Is it just too much make-up or what? It just doesn’t look real, you can’t even see one pore on their face.

I saw her on Tyra Banks and she was talking about her Us Weekly cover. And I was like Hello, does anyone else notice the plastic surgery she’s had! she looks like a different person. When your 22 a brow lift shouldn’t be done. Her nose was fine before so were the lips. She looks like a bad LC clone

Can’t tell about the nose. It looks like she has lost a significant amount of weight, and that can make the nose more prominent by slimming down the cheeks next to it. Her lips look those trick balloons that can be twisted into shapes.

She looks really good now (with her new lips, nose & eyes)! It just proves that money and a good surgeon can make almost anyone look good – even Heidi Montag!
Note to APS: Please stop calling it “Collagen lips” as good surgeons stopped using it for years – they use hyaluronic acid.
