It looks to me as though Brittny had reconstructive jaw surgery to correct misalignment. The ‘before’ lips look to be artificially plumped, a bad job. She doesn’t look to have had anything else done and looks pretty good in the ‘after’. She still looks like herself.

I’m guessing that she’s tried to correct an asymmetrical nose as well.

Her nose looks broken. I don’t think she needs it reshaped, but I would say having it set so it’s straight wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I want to see what her original nose looked like– because I really doubt that’s the nose she was born with. She looks like she probably had a more Romanesque nose.

Her lips look just as big in the “before” photo, if not bigger. Must be a slow news day.

She has a lazy eye. I would have that corrected before any other work.

to me, she actually looks as if she is more ‘fake’ in the before photo. obviously, she is still sporting the nose job, but her lips look less like slugs now (even if they are fake). and the lack of tan and porn style make up help.

She has definitely had a nose job since “The Gastineau Girls”. She did not need it. (at least it isn’t as bad as her mother’s horrible nose job (s). And I think she had already had a boob job before the show even started. Her face was so much prettier before she started with the tweaking.

I don’t see much difference, really. She’s wearing a nude lipgloss which is slightly more shimmery than the pink matte stuff from the first pic, and Nude lipgloss worn right with a proper liner can actually make lips look slightly more pouty and plump. Her lips look untouched…her jaw actually looks different though.

I don’t understand why that deflated tire look of the top lip is so much desirable. Looks like a part of her top lip is loose or something and it’s dragging across the teeth.

Awful nose job. Small, skinny, pinched and artificial. This is obviously not the nose she was born with. Nor was she born with those lips. Just by looking at her, you can see that she naturally has much thinner lips that would fit her face better. Nobody’s upper lip is shaped that way naturally!
