In addition to the wrinkles, look how uneven her skin tone is. Back (OK, WAY back) in the day we used to call them “liver spots,” but of course we know now they’re due to sun exposure. She must’ve been baking herself like a chicken. This is a type of skin you normally see in women in their 40s or 50s. I’ll be 47 next month and did sunbathe in my youth, but my skin tone is still even, so I can only imagine how much she must tan!

Cigarettes, sun, drugs–all of the above. They ensure that one will not age well no matter how many operations or injections one gets.

I’m over 40, don’t smoke, and stay out of the sun and off drugs. I look way better.

Lindsay doesn’t look 40-50, she looks like a party-girl at around 30. If you mum looks better at 48 or 50, perhaps they just have better genes. Lindsay does not look to hot right now, but a good detox and some work-out might clear it all up. Stop being such haters, you girls. How do YOU really look, huh? I don’t think she looks that bad. She has a lot of freckles. She always had that. She may not be all made up like a movie star in these pics. She had her lips done and maybe her boobs, but otherwise not a lot of surgery.

And to add to Desiree’s comment – sun damage. If you look at pics of her Mom, Dina, it’s clear that Lindsay is trying to emulate her (who wouldn’t want to look like their mom; she naturally thinks her mom is beautiful). The problem with this is that she has light Irish skin that cannot handle the sun. I have the same skin and I got out of the sun 15 years ago. I am 38 and I look younger than her, no exaggeration.

On top of everything else that is making her look old ( drugs, drugs, sun, and drugs), the orange self tanner gets in and greatly accentuates her wrinkles.
She’s going to look like the leathery old lady in There’s Something About Mary in about two more months.

Her skin is very dehydrated and dry – you can tell by the way her forehead is wrinkling. She should save the botox from her mouth and inject a little into her forehead if she’s going to bugger about with her looks. She needs to ditch the dark makeup and go for some lighter tones that will soften her appearance – these dark colours are making her eyes look very sunken and old. If you look at the other pic where she’s in the light she sudenly looks much younger because the light takes away the age in her face. She should be using an ivory foundation, and use some simple eyeshimmer and mascara to bring some youth back to her eyes.

I agree, poor thing. This is what addiction will do to you. She is a very sick girl. Hopefully she will hit her bottom soon and get clean for good. Too bad she has so many enablers. She violated probation and instead of being locked up like the rest of us would have been, she just got a longer probation sentence.

I think she should dye her hair back to red. She looked much better with that. I don’t think she looks any worse (or older) than your average hydrogen peroxide blonde teenage drunkard. She just needs some sun protection lotion and to get off the drugs and alcohol. Also healthy food would help her.

She has money to inject her face, but she can’t afford a smart beautician?

She used to be cute, rich, well you have to ask her accountant and I haven’t seen her in any recent movies. If you look like this after partying, thank God I’m not into that. Yes, we are all catty because we don’t have the life of a Lindsay Lohan. You can see what that lifestyle has done for her. She was blessed with a film career at a very early age. Many talented people in show business would kill for a break like that. It’s what she has done with that gift. It’s very sad.

This is a little ridiculous. She’s 23 and she looks like a 23 year old who doesn’t treat her skin well. That’s all. Those aren’t ‘liver spots’ either, they’re freckles. If she were to dry out, quit smoking, stay out of the sun, start moisturizing, eat better and live healthy in a 2 months she would look 23 again. I don’t know why people like to beat up on her so much.

I doubt she does meth or crack. Even in her type of circle those two are usually pretty taboo.

I think it’s a little bit ridiculous that some of you are saying you’re in your 30s, 40s and you look younger than her. I doubt it.

She used to be so cute in Mean Girls.
Please look at Mean Girls and try so say that Lindsay is just the same, that she has the same beautiful skin, the same eyes. But she doesn’t.
She looks, now, like a different person.
And the saddest thing is that her parents aren’t doing NOTHING for her. Her mother alwas repeats it’s everything ok. Her father only wants to talk to media, but doesn’t do NOTHING. In this way they can be on magazines, on internet, they can be, in a very sad way famous. And their daughter is getting everyday worst.
She’s not acting anymore, now she is famous only for being a mess, but she needs help, seriously.
This is sad.

I don’t think everyone’s “cattiness” here stem from “jealousy”. Quite frankly, would anyone WANT to be as messed up as this girl? Sure, she has some money (or maybe it’s a rumour), but she’s addicted to alcohol, drugs, sun, partying, etc. Obviously she has no REAL friends who can stage an intervention, or it would have happened right now.

All this crap with her dad “Oh I’m going to stage an intervention” is just that – crap. No one is doing anything, all they’re doing is talking about doing it. She should have gone back to rehab – but really she needs to do it for herself too. It makes you wonder what was the catalyst that started it all.
