I was surprised that KellyAnne ended up getting implants too (and then saying she was worried about bursting hers). She had such a cute body. Look at how foolish these look!!!

Aw… I’m saddened to hear CK’s news that Beyonce has implants. I mean, is anyone naturally pretty anymore? ANYONE? (I think she’s had a nose job and skin bleaching, but I thought her boobs matched her curvy body and were real).

So now fat girls are getting implants?? Man, Americans keep getting bigger and bigger, and apparently vainer and vainer. I laughed. Can you imagine throwing all that money away because you decided to do a belly flop?

Am I mean? I think if you’re not getting implants for having been through a mastectomy, you have no business getting them at all. Knowing they’re dangerous, toxins developing and bursting, you take responsibility for something going wrong. Maybe this girl was crying because it hurt but why did she feel the need to put an artificial substance in her body? Fakery is extremely ugly to me and it’s almost impossible to find who looks good in plastic tits.

This is a cruel and mean spirited post – the girl was hurt and in pain. Curiously, the comments I and others made to that effect have been removed. Nice one, awfulplasticsurgery – censorship is sooo preferable to just having a shred of empathy and knowing the appropriate place to draw the line once in a while.

anyone who gets implants deserves what they get (unless breast mastectomy reconstruction and the like) and YES it is funny to see people who have problems with breast implants WHINE. sorry it is a STUPID STUPID thing to do IMPLANTS are stupid. I reserve my sympathy for those who really deserve it not a bunch of vain women with no self esteem.

I am lucky to have a natural DD but even if I were perfectly flat and you could see my ribcage through my chest I wouldn’t do it. Not worth the lifelong maintenance.

That’s not even funny. This poor girl looked genuinely scared. Some of you people need to learn the meaning of the word sympathy. Namely Brooke (If that girl’s vain, then you’re shallow for that “fat” comment) and Kelly (I wonder if there’s some logical reasoning to your seeming hatred towards women who have had breast implants? It just comes across as unwarranted).

I would never get implants and, though I’m not flat, if I were flat (like Kate Hudson), I still wouldn’t consider it. It makes it even more dangerous that implants can pop and cause a lot of damage. I’ve heard stories where doctors could accidentally botch the job, making the implants look totally unreal and cause a lot of unwanted scarring. So if you’re thinking about doing it, DON’T. And poor girl, I felt so bad for her.

Hello, no one says “i’m afraid of bursting my implant” out of the blue or at random, and then goes and does something that could, and then it does…this whole thing was fake and rigged, if they wanted to they could have blurred it. It was fake, created drama and every1 fell for it…
