Some women get nice looking natural looking implants. Why do others get really huge totally unnatural looking ones. I don’t understand why they want that. I thought the whole purpose was to look natural and real.

I generally like implants (I don’t get jealous and cut everyone down like other people do), but not when there is room for a 3rd one in between. I’d have to get those out &/or redone.

Kelly are you kidding me that you have never known a single man who finds augmented breasts attractive….maybe there lying to do cause i find that hard to beleive. why would porn and maxiam magazine’s make a fortune if most of the woman have had breast surgery? i think most men don’t care if there real or not. most thin girls don’t have large breasts so they get them enhanced for that reason or there want them perkier. i think natural is much better if they look good. but some fakes can look great, the problem is most don’t.

If it was just women who convinced themselves that this was attractive, Pamela Anderson would be destitute, as would every plastic surgeon in Hollywood, or anywhere else, for that matter. There are actually men who pay for implants for their wives or girlfriends. (Why anyone would stay with a man who even suggested such a thing is beyond me.) Playboy and other men’s magazines feature plastic boobs almost exclusively, presumably that is a male judgement as well. I saw a special on Hugh Hefner last week. The thing I noticed about the photos from the 50s-the late 70s/early 80s, is that the women had real breasts and real lips, and they were actually pretty. Now, it’s a freak parade, including his mistresses.
