This is Jessica Lange at the Emmys on Sunday. She’s already been covered on this site, but she’s definitely looked like she’d been tightened up recently maybe with botox. I really do not like the canthopexy surgery sweeping Hollywood, because it changes the eye position too much.

For the record, I think Blake Lively’s breasts are fake. Many believe she got them ‘done’ after the first season of Gossip Girl and I agree. If her breasts were real, they’d sag more in a dress like this. The perkiness gives them away.

Canthopexy is my new least favorite celebrity plastic surgery. This surgery tightens the under eye area and also lifts up the corners of the eyes. I just don’t like it, it leaves patients looking strange. Kylie Minogue is a great example.
I also don’t like the lip injections she’s had, they are not needed.

I’ve been getting emails about Marg Helgenberger and her frozen face for at least 2 years now. I think she’s had tons of botox combined with eye work, lip collagen (an overzealous dosage), plus veneers. It is unnecessary, because she has great skin, but is simply getting older.
