Plastic surgery starts rather early in Hollywood and today I caught a look a Guiliana DePandi Rancic, a E! Network hostess. Earlier this year, she made site headlines with less than real looking breasts and now I’ve noticed her brows are now hollowed out, which makes her look older. I also think she has had the tip of her nose shaved down.

She just doesn’t have real star quality…although seems like a fairly decent person, but this site is not about who’s nice and who’s not……….
