nose, brow lift, looks like she’s gotten her lips reduced (can they do that?? her lips are very noticeably smaller now), but that may be due to having her teeth fixed too….the seem to take up more room and fill out the area around her mouth, like her gums are wider or something now. her hairline has completely changed, so there’s not much doubt about the brow lift. no denying the botox either. but she’s not gone overboard, she did need a little tweaking to her nose as eveidenced by the profile pic…it was very flat to her face before, so the bridge has been built up a little. she’s still gorgeous, hasn’t gotten into ’scary’ territory. but i just wish she’d eat. her body just does not look healthy most of the time.

I don’t see any difference at all, she looks the same, just 16 older. Everyone changes in 16 years, it would be weird if her face remained the same.
She looks stunning in both pictures, I’m a photographer so I know that when a picture is taken in different angles and lights, your face can look totally different, even if you don’t have plastic surgery at all.
And the differences between both pictures are minimum, so her beauty still being natural.

After reading all this, after looking at all the pics I have possibly found, still all I see is a woman who has gotten older and thinner. My own face has changed a bit same ways as hers during the years and I know for sure I haven’t gone through operations!

She’s had cheek and chin implants, and the tip of her nose refined. Regardless of whether or not she’s had the work done – she looks fantastic!

She doesn’t look that different to me. I only really notice her nose, and that her bottom lip looks slightly smaller.

I also noticed from the pictures that she’s received a new set of ears since 1993. I don’t know what horrific childhood accident took them away, but it’s great to see the miracle of plastic surgery help this gifted actress. Now playing a Vulcan in a Star Trek movie is not just a dream for her.

You want to know why her lips look smaller? Be a little more observant. She had her bottom lip REDUCED, her lips use to be so ridiculously huge. And then she got her upper lip puffed up to balance out with her new bottom lip.

I’m not much of a celebrity watcher but I do get horrified by the look of some of these people when their plastic surgery is poorly done or just goes too far. Jolie hasn’t gone too far yet, tho’ it’s sure to happen one of these days. What was interesting to me was that in the very first clip of the video, I could actually see some resemblance to her dad, Jon Voight, which has long since disappeared.
