		<description>while it&#039;s pretty obvious that MJ had extensive work done by a bunch of REALLY lame surgeons to alter his features, his change in skin tone was a result of Vitiligo. It really frustrates me when people don&#039;t understand this condition, which is quite common in people of color. Several of my family members suffer from this condition and they have all had no results with photo therapy treatment. Ultimately some went the bleach route and some use heavy makeup at all times.</description>
