Michael Jackson died this week. The public will never forget his great songs and performances. They will also remember him as an odd fellow who changed dramatically over the years.

First he had rhinoplasty. Then his lips became thinner. Next, his skin lightened, along with his chin changing shape. His nose kept changing shape and eventually cartilage from his ear had to be used to reconstruct its shape.

Over time, it was obvious that Michael was suffering from Body Dysmorphic Disorder and was becoming more of a recluse due to prescription drug addiction. He stopped appearing at events like the Grammys, socializing with other celebrities, and isolated himself at his Neverland Ranch, where his enablers kept him medicated as they fed off his dwindling riches.

Notice that cartilage was taken from Michael’s ear!

God bless Michael’s kids Prince Michael I, Paris and Prince Michael II and save them from the clutches of the greedy, dysfunctional Jackson Family and let them live with their godfather Mark Lester! Katherine didn’t protect Michael and she won’t protect these kids!

Apart from his skin colour and the deeper dimple, there didn’t appear to be much change between 84 and 93.

It is such a shame. He was a hansome young man back in 1977. I wish he had felt comfortable in his own skin. RIP

I see several nose jobs, and a eye-lift.
RIP.

It is significant that when BET did a Michael Jackson tribute, the organizers used Jackson’s unaltered pre-1977 face from his early years to decorate the stage, not any of his plastic surgery-altered images.

He still looks pretty good after the 1st round – should have stopped there.

Y’know, a lot of his debt was his own doing. I think a lot of his “people” were just too spineless to tell him no. I remember seeing that one documentary in 2005 (I think) where he goes on a multi-million dollar spending spree even though we all know he was deeply in debt.

In any case, I feel bad for his kids and hope everything turns out okay for them.

He was such a good-looking man before 1993. I wonder who agreed to perform these unnecessary, unethical surgeries? I’m surprised this person’s gotten away with maintaining their anonymity all these years. It would be hard for me to look at Michael Jackson’s face all these years knowing that I was the one who ruined it.

He had a skin condition in which his skin began to create blotched white spots all over, so the doctor insisted bleaching the whole thing would be a good idea.
His father apparently called him a big nose all his life, so you could imagine the toll that took on him as well as some other family members who got surgery.
His mouth looks the same. And I think it was just his age and skin elasticity that made his chin and everything like that.

It depresses me how people were toward Michael after hearing those FALSE allegations toward him. The child who was coached to lie to make money for those greedy bastdards, actually came out himself and admitted it was all a scam. Michael was literally one of the most good willed and giving people (Guinness book world records, he was the highest donation giver to over 39 charities)… he was a good guy.. too bad he couldn’t see now how much people truly did love him. I love you MJ, rest in peace. v_v

In 1984 he already had rhinoplasty and probably more. Compare 1977 to 1993.
However after 1993 it really went downhill.

I didn’t know he changed his ears.

I thought the same thing, his mother didn’t protect him from beatings from his father, so why should she get the kids. Not to mention how “normal” the rest of her clan turned out. AND she’s 79 years old. Isn’t there anyone else to take these kids.

First let me say that I have felt sorry for Michael Jackson for years and thought that he was both the most fortunate and unfortunate of individuals.

On the subject of his plastic surgery, is it possible that the deterioration of his nose was due in part to cocaine use? I never heard of him being caught or suspected of using it, but he was so skinny, and when on stage seemed so “up,” and I know cocaine snorting can destroy the flesh of the nose.

Do you think MJ could even look at young pictures of himself in his later years??

Comment by theoriser — June 30, 2009 at 11:38 pm

The impression I get was that he had a bad, overdone nosejob very early on, that probably got worse as it healed and the scar tissue etc shrank everything up. He then had multiple further operations trying to correct it, all of which made it subsequently worse because it was so damaged.

Then there’s a hideously fake looking eyelid job later on.

Not sure about the chin ops, but it may have ended up as bad as it did through age-related emaciation, and dietary-related emaciation. Face fat thins naturally over time.
