Those implants just makes here breast look a bit “saggy” but I’m more annoyed by her lips… that pout mimic doesn’t make her look “sexy” at all. She looks more like she’s whistling a tune or something.

Not the worst job, but they look a bit … floppy and they seem to abruptly pop out high on her chest. Her natural ones were fine, but going one-size smaller in the implants would have helped her … still, its not awful, just not needed.

Whoa, if I didn’t have the before and after in front of me, I would think this woman’s breasts were natural. Looks to me as though she has gained some weight since the first photo, which looks good on her. Could the metamorphosis be at least somewhat natural?

If she wanted bigger boobs I think she did well considering.. Seen some other ‘jobs’ that were rather horrific. She looks good.

They are so realistic that they look as saggy as big real ugly boobs. Why pay for something you would get lifted if you had it naturally ?

As fake as her breasts look, at least they now have some hang to them, which makes them look that bit more convincing. If you look for photos done just after the operation, you can see how amazingly fake they look.

Also, she’s “disgraced” for quite a few more reasons than the whole beauty pageant thing. Put simply, Ms. Lloyd is a racist bitch.

To be honest eventhough they are big they look good.They don’t look like bolt-on-boobs, but have some natural sag to them.She actually looks like she gained some weight, and not just in the chest area.When you go that big though you might want to wear a bra.

I’m a lady with natural D cup breasts, and I think she looks very natural and sexy, even if they are implants. They have the natural hang and they are not overly round and up to her neck. It’s obvious she is quite a bit more chesty in the recent picture, but it’s not obscene or porn star-ish.

Considering many of the other procedures in show biz, these look quite natural, unlike the ones that look like somebody visited the produce section for parts.
