So you postulate she had tiny implants and then had them removed? As opposed to the likelihood that pregnancy and lack of condition led to her moderate increase in bust size?

She always had a nice shape on her….and this type of costume is more push-up than padded. Any woman wearing this type of costume will get a boost. And did Spears ever actually have implants, or was she just going through hormonal changes?
