I think courtney love looks good. The plastic surgery has made her appear more beautiful. Any more and it will destroy her..

She should tip her surgeon. Quite an improvement. Much more balanced proportions. Personality, however, stripped away.

That before picture is not her original face. Find one from early on and you will really see a difference between now and then.

The before photo is after at least one nose job and probably other cosmetic surgery – not such a great comparison to use but she still looks extremely done over in the after photo

She doesn’t look like herself in either picture. The before pic was taken after a procedure, or two, or three. . .as was the after photo.

I dont think there’s much difference between the ‘now’ and the ‘before’ photos. Her face is now softer, that’s all.

What I am more concerned about is how thin she is, and how half her breast is hanging out the armhole of her dress. I don’t want her thinking she needs a boob job next, but white, flabby boob fat should be HIDDEN!

Its funny, because that picture makes her look like Madonna. I also agree that she looks much better than before. Its just sad because all actresses look the same now a days. Like now when I see this website, I look at people’s faces and I know what way I would tweak it to make it better. Obviously I do that to my own face as well…
