The actress on Nip/Tuck was Joely Richardson…she looks a lot like Anne Heche but it was not her on Nip/Tuck

She definitely looks different than she did. I am not sure I would have recognized her. She had a more distinctive look before. She looks more generic now. Not bad though.

Wow what a difference. In the 90s she had lots of wrinkles around her eyes and now it’s 100% smooth. She must have at least had botox around the eyes, possibly a facelift too because they look sort of ‘pulled’, the shape has changed.

What was wrong with her old nose? She needs some lip fillers ala Courtney Cox. Maybe an eyelid job would help too?
One thing that makes her look hard are those false eyelashes. They have taken over Hollyweird. it seems like every star has those caterpillars stuck to the eyelids 24/7.

It’s not a bad redo, it’s just that she doesn’t look like her old self. Her expresion seems to be a bit frozen and the fine lines that gave her face character are gone. If her nose was a bit crooked she’d be a twin to Ellen Barkin.

Actually, you’re wrong Patricia. Heche had a three episode guest stint on Nip/Tuck.

On the topic of her look, I don’t love it, but I don’t hate it, either. I wouldn’t look at her and think she’s stunning, but I certainly wouldn’t classify it as awful surgery.

At worst, she’s had some botox on the forehead (it raises your eyebrows). Otherwise, she’s several years older, a few pounds lighter, and wearing totally different makeup in different light. Not every new look is the result of surgery. I think she looks fine. Remember that makeup (especially done by a professional) can dramatically change a person’s appearance, especially if they know they’re going to be photographed. The only real test would be a pair of candid no-makeup shots side by side.

YES, she was in Nip Tuck. She played the role of an ex mob wife who mooches of Sean and flees with her son into the Witness Protection Program. Anyways, I think she looks beautiful.

Looks like the exact same nose to me. And the lack of lines under her eyes in the new pic is probably just from makeup (Or, just as likely, the older picture might have been in harsher light — in fact it is quite clear that the older picture is in harsher light).

I think she looks great! Not over done. I actually think she hasn’t had much work done. The first picture is a horrible shot. In the 2nd picture she looks more done up, that doesn’t mean she’s had a lot of work.

You’re often spot on, but this before/after comparison is absurd. Heche looks even better in the “after” shot, and there is no apparent plastic surgery going on. This just shows you that age, weight loss, and incredible advances in cover up can help a woman look even better with time.
