Her continuous weight loss proves that she has breast implants. Didn’t she also get a nose job? And how does she somehow hide her freckles on her face? Just compare both 2003 pictures.

She was such an unusually attractive girl. She would have been a beautiful woman. But too much plastic surgery, drugs, and extreme weight loss has aged her drastically. Her perpetual frown and sneer have made her nearly ugly. Her mother’s gotten her wish — they COULD be sisters. But not because her mother looks young. Lyndsay just looks ancient.

It’s shame. All that makeup covering up those cute freckles, that rubber tire lips to try and cover up her now emaciated face due to her chronic drug use…she’d be lucky if she looked half as good as her self absorbed mother by the time she hits her late forties…

I didn’t notice this before, but even her eye color is different now. I couldn’t put my finger on what it was about her eyes that definitely looked off, but it’s the color. She looks much better with the blue eyes in the earlier pics.

I think I’m getting so used to “trout pout”, it actually looks semi ok to me. Yes, a little sausage like, but her upper lip kinda faded away before. She’s making a rather unnatural expression with her mouth. Maybe that’s the only expression she can make! I’d like to see her with a more relaxed pose.

If ANYone has evidence of a woman actually looking attractive after messing with her lips, please provide it! I have NEVER seen good results – ever – and it shocks me that these idiots continue to go for it.

This is very confusing to me…i understand feeling pressure to look good….but i don’t understand how all these people think they do…and do they think we can’t tell that just last month their lips were thin and now they are “Good & Plenty”….and who in the hell tells these people that it’s normal to have a big ole’ juicy top lip and a thin bottom lip?…i thought that the bottom lip was suppose to be pouty…i am so confused by these celebrities…so confused.

I think she is prettier with bigger lips. Sorry. Most the time it’s very unflattering but in Lindsay’s case it worked

I’m with Tracie. I am a broken record. I have NEVER seen one person look better with collagen lips. Why these women don’t see it, I will never know. I too would like to see if you can find a picture where one person looked better. I am an old movie fan and the women were gorgeous, without surgery and having their own body parts. Yes, breasts were smaller, lips thinner, but they were gorgeous just the same. Out of all the alterations, the lips have to be the worse thing you could do to yourself. Lisa Rhinna, I believe was one of the first overdone lip woman but even not going that far, not one looks better with fuller lips. Find us one, I think we would love to see that, I know I have never seen it.

I feel bad that she covered up those freckles, they are so cute and natural looking, it’s such a shame.

People in Hollywood please……..stop feeling pressure to go with the flow, start asserting yourself and know that you got to where you are because your are beautiful! Don’t feel like you have to look like everyone else!

You people who thing that giant slug lips are attractive need to go refresh your memories with looks at 1970s-era beauties, when thin lips were in. It’s not that long ago. Lohan would have been a beauty in any era but it looks like she has taken the next step in the downward spiral she started with her boob implants and reckless behavior. I believe that because almost all women on television and in magazines have fake lips and boobs the general public is starting to believe that it is the norm. When you see ads on the covers of the supermarket tabloids for interviews with the likes of Kim Kar-plastic-ian about how their diet and exercise routines can work for you, and frog-faces like Renee Zellweger held up as paragons of beauty, you know the grip on reality is slipping. Guess we should prepare for the plastic tide…unless everyone is too broke to afford surgery–this economy may have a silver lining after all!

Having the bridge of her nose built up serveral years ago made the biggest difference. Her lips are just plain ugly, are they supposed to be swollen & then settle down?

Lindsay is just too young for plastic surgery. Plus she is already a beautiful girl. She, of all people, shouldn’t feel like she has to be altered. It is sad. I am hoping this trend slows down soon.

Her partying days are catching up to her…..so sad! She’s young too! She’s defintely looking so rough in result to the life she is living. She looks far older than her age…..tons of wrinkles already! I expect to see more future plastic surgery from her since she’s not taking good of herself. So sad!!
