One thing: we should be seeing less of this sort of thing for average people now that the heloc money has dried up. In the very bottom pic with Lauri dressed in a a fur-hooded parka – she looks like a mannequin. Her natural hair color looks to be brown. I’m seeing everything APS listed including the chiclets teeth which look to be veneers. Lauri has a mannish chin and all the fillers have made this seem more prominent. After seeing many many OC women who’ve had all this stuff done all I can say is that the visible effort is a *lot* more noticeable than they think. I generally steer clear of women and men who look this way in public, particularly at Fashion Island.

In the first photo, she looks slightly like a tranny, and then it’s as though she went to the furthest extremes possible to make sure everyone who sees her will assume she is. The irony of the title “Real Housewives” is outstanding.

The new nose is an improvement, but it just goes to show that all the plastic surgery in the world can’t make you look beautiful. Her teeth look fake and are waaaay too white. If you lit a torch next to her she’d probably melt.

Maybe it’s the lighting, but her nose looks longer in the after pic than the before. It looks like the tip of her nose is hanging down over her nostrils? Her forehead is weird too–whose forehead wrinkles vertically instead of horizontally?

Doesn’t her chin look like it’s veering off her face? It looks a bit lopsided to me. It’s a really BIG chin implant to begin with and it looks like it was placed too far to her right side or it has slipped since surgery. This surgeon must be from the bigger is better school of thought.

I don’t care for those type of shows so I’m not sure of what she looked when she was on RHOC. She’s better looking in her ‘after’ pic than she was in the ‘before’. If she gets more plastic surgery, she may start looking hard and ‘witchy’.

quack, quack. Those duck lips are HORRIBLE. She should just stop getting all the work done, it’s not an improvement. I hope this is a trend that ends soon, because most women who get a lot of work done just look like freaks, and it is NOT attractive.

I thought she was an attractive looking woman on the show, but had a hard edge to her. She looked like a woman who was trying to look more youthful than she really was. The hairstyle was too long and wrong for her age and face. I can see from her before picture that she had a lot done to her face and changed her appearance dramatically. It wasn’t necessary because she was attractive already. She could have gotten a face lift without all the other procedures.

Yeah, totally agree about all the hair comments. Not just the length and styles were bad, though. There’s only one woman on that show that didn’t have hay hair. You’d hope that they might take the money for one injection of Juvederm and buy a bleeping bottle of conditioner! It seems like all the time, effort, and money spent on false appearances is just completely wasted on most people.

Wikipedia says she was 46 in Season 1, which was in 2006. So depending on her birthday, she’s either 48 or 49.

All the women on this show need to realize they are not 20, 30 or even 40 any longer and act and dress their age!!!! I think she’s beautiful in both photos. I personally would be scared to ever get plastic surgery. I don’t think she needed it, but she’s beautiful before and after. I think the other women’s comments sound extremely catty, and they probably are nothing to brag about.

Lauri seems to be one of the nicest…She seems to be able to rise above the petty ones on the show. I’m sure she’s much happier with George…who wouldn’t be, what a catch he was! But her face really looks waxen, she can barely speak much less smile. It’s a shame, because she really didn’t need that much work…if any.

It is very painful to hear the comments. I had nose surgery, 2 years ago to remove a cancer. The surgeon did 3 operations,and in each one I looked worse. He got the cancer out for which I`m very grateful. My nose and forehead and top of my head are still lumpy and hard, and my kids call me hot dog nose. How a person can take the pain, just for looks? It takes a very long time to heal, I don`t want to die, but this has changed me alot.It has made my face sag with wrinkles,very bad, and still getting worse. Thanks, for letting me spout off. Betty

I think her nose job was great, but the rest made her look waxen. In both pictures she has on wayyy too much make-up to see what her eyes really look like.
So, I imagine under all the makeup she wears she seems to have a lot of scars, especially on over her upper lip.
She should have just gotten the nose job and learned how to do her make-up prettier.
I imagine she didn’t pay the dentist because he didn’t do her teeth correctly so she refused to pay him
Her new husband has enough money to just pay it off, though and save them the embarrassment of the pending bill, or they need to take the dentist to court and get it off the records!

Melissa: the chin implants usually go along with a neck lift and/or under-chin lipo. Something needs to take up the slack skin post under-chin lipo and PSs will usually want to put in a chin implant for that reason.

All the OC housewives look weird and if they insist on having lots of plastic surgery they should go to the best they can find. I think she looks good, or at least better than before, besides the chin implant. Way too big, she already had a prominent chin before. They do use chin implants to make a big nose appear smaller so that is probably the reasoning.

who cares. it is her money, her body, her life and she isn’t messing with any of you people. so if you have something negative to say obviously you must dislike yourself. honestly if you are to say she is superficial you are just as guilty seeing as how you are judging a person without fully knowing them. we all grow old some of us choose to age gracefully while some others want to look the age they feel. maybe she wanted to look younger as well as improve appearance. i am all for self improvement as long as it makes the person feel good about themself. because really now, what you think about yourself is most important.

Well I have had botox and I really like it, I’m not wealthy so I can’t have it as often as I would like so maybe that is a good thing. I started it because I was constantly frowning and I looked angry all the time as well as wrinkled. I was even doing it in my sleep. As a benefit my upper eye area is less wrinkled. She is overdone

Lauri’s son looks like she did in the before picture! That proves it really was her. Did anyone else notice that she had tube-like things that were under her skin below her nostrils, leading down to her mouth? LIke a runny nose, but under the skin? That was the first proof that she had some nose and lip work done.
