nooooo this happens when you put the implant BELOW the muscle when you already have a little bit of breast tissue before the boob job. Especially when yor “real” boobs were saggy do you get this called “double bubble” And it has NOTHING to do with capsular contraction. Its the muscle holding up the implant ant the crease of the “real” boob showing.
I am amazed that she would wear something that would show the world something that ugly.

actually, look up double bubble, where a saggy breast sits on top of the implant and doesn’t really blend….either way, she definitely needs a revisioN!
