Lynne Curtin is featured on a reality show called Real Wives of Orange County. She is a Southern California housewife dedicated to not aging and while her daughters are allowed to drink underage and have no direction after graduating high school, she does object to them eating chocolate, because they,”won’t fit into their clothes”.
Lynne has not revealed her age on the show, but I believe she is 52 (according to various publicly available records). She is super slim and fit, but her face looks wizened (not just from sun damage). Most women her age need some bodyfat in order to have a full face. Some blogs are calling her ‘Steven Tyler’s sister’, which while harsh, is basically right on the money.
Lynne has a great body, but has totally neglected her face.

Another person I’ve never heard of on show I’ll never see. |
well, hands dont lie. you cant get rid of wrinkles there. and WOW! what a great mom! underage drinking & no goals – woop! *eyeroll* |
You failed to mention her quite noticeable breast implants. They are frightening! |
To me, this woman does not look young. She looks like a mature woman attempting to be young through her clothing, makeup and hairstyle. I like that she’s just being herself, but I’m sure its a little embarrassing to her kids to be around her…she’s more of a friend than a mom. |
Her neck and marionette lines give her age away although I would say she looks to be in her early 40’s. I wouldn’t say she’s neglected her face, but time does march on and there’s only so much you can do to hide or halt it. In any event, worries due to her daughters underage drinking (!) and lack of motivation re skillsets will age her faster than she may expect. |
Just wanted to add that the men on RHOC are really old-looking (bellys, balding, white hair, plaid shirts, saggy faces, etc – why do the women put so much effort into their appearance and the men are like blah!) compared to the women who most likely do botox, obvious fake tans, have had lower face-lifts, upper & lower blephs,…..The fact that these women hang with old men says more what their true age probably is. |
I did see her on the show and wasn’t sure of her age. If she is 52, I think she looks pretty good. To me she was one of these people who looked nice, well groomed, and classy looking. I did not find any fault with her appearance. |
I so love you for commenting that we do need to gain some weight as we get older! I’ve gained about 20 pounds in the past several years (I’m 46), and I actually like my looks better with the extra weight. Lady, let the girls eat the chocolate! |
PS: her hairstyle doesn’t help either. I think a shorter or more layered ‘do would add some width to her face and de-accent the signs of aging on her face. Stick-straight long hair is a look for young women. On older women it’s too severe. |
Sorry for so many posts, but I recently watched the show last week for the first time and would like to make a few observations: |
I hope she’s in her 50’s because her neck and hands look like it. I don’t know who she is either, but if she’s only in her 40’s then she’s pretty rough looking. Too much sun or spray tan…can’t tell the difference. |
she not in her early 40s she has to be 50 |
Mother of the year for sure…if she didn’t live in a mansion her kids would be taken into Care. |
Her fake boobs are bolted on her chest in such an obviously hideous way. Stunned you didn’t notice. (At least she’s not evil like Tamra or Vicki.) Memo to smiley, you can most definitely get rid of wrinkles on hands – it’s done with peels, lasers and a lot of filler. |
SUNSCREEN, dahling, SUNSCREEN! |
Her skin looks like shoe leather and as another commentater stated, the hair does not help. Her kids, particularly the daughter who just got the car, are spoiled dimwits!! It is the fault of their loser parents. Lynne acts as if she has been hitting the bong as well. |
At least this lady seems nice, if not altogether “with it”- unlike a couple of her castmates. As for the mother of the year stuff- throw no stones, people. Disciplining is a living bitch. My daughter is only two, and I’m already worrying about how to deal with teen issues. Let’s stick to people’s falsies, leather skin, and nut smuggling cheeks, shall we? |
malibu Midge…. |
I’m with MG. I think she looks great! |
She looks good if that is her actual age; I agree though, a few extra pounds is good after age 40. But, still she looks pretty fab. |
I think Lynn is the nicest out of all of them. Vicki and Tamara are jealous and it shows. Vicki, if she ever had a “prime” is well in the past. Lynn needs to gain a few pounds so those boobs look more natural…not like two rock hard apples. |
If she is 52 years old, she looks fantastic! |
Hi Lynn, |
Hi… |
Steven Tyler??! She should be so lucky. And that’s not even lucky. More like Lou Ferigno. |
Sorry to read so many bitter bettys on this site and others. It’s a show people, enjoy or stop watching. No one has a perfect life and is perfect, seems so easy to pick people apart, yet when the tables turn, bet it doesn’t feel so good. |
