Maybe he will grow into such awful plastic surgery, as fellow cooter geezer Michael Douglass grew into his and as I recall it took Al Pacino a helluva long time to grow into his last awful plastic surgery.

Those dudes should go to Tom Cruises’ nip/tucker, that midget Scientologist has the best facelift in H’wood!

Some years ago he had a botched eyebrow lift that left him with the usual suprised look, you could barely recognize him and it didn’t win him any roles… Now it seems like either they restored the lift or it started sagging (he’s like in his 60’s so now wonder) so he had massive work done on his eyelids, removing far too much skin esp from the upper eyelid. Looks like he can’t close his eyes…

if you want to do a good eyelid job, ask for the same surgeon as the woman playing Stella on CSI NY.

Am I nuts or does he have way more chin than he used to? Not an improvement, but could be the angle of the pics. I don’t see cheek implants here, planes of the face look the same except for age & lighting.

Part of the problem in judging is that in the B&W photo his eyes appear to be brown which for his face is a more flattering eye color than his natural one … it does look like too much skin was removed around his eyes; his eyes had a natural warmth when he was younger, but the operation took that away. Still a fine actor though.

That’s very sad indeed. In addition to the eyes, the nose isn’t quite right either. The guy can act, but it’s just creepy to look at him now.

A lot of the time when this site alleges that someone got cosmetic surgery, I can’t really see a difference. But LOOK how much more chin there is under Neeson’s lower lip in the second picture!!!!!!! Holy cow.

What do you mean, you don’t know why he did it? He did it for the same reason that they all do it: they can’t face the ravages of time. If he had left his face alone we would all be discussing how old he looks. It’s a trap that seems to catch anyone who can afford the price tag. I’ll stay old, wrinkled and fat, thank you very much.

he has always looked weird to me so I don’t see a difference. And I agree with the comment about Patrick Swayze. It is not an improvement. ps RaRa Kudos to you clap clap clap I agree 100% I will take an old wrinkled fat body over a manufactured clone of a barbie doll any day, and I gotta add I would not be criticizing about how old and wrinkly people get. so don’t get discouraged, not everyone is a hypocrite even though it seems like that most of the time….I think wrinkles are beautiful but there is no money to be made in wrinkles. we are all falling for a marketing scheme just like the diet industry, boy humans sure are dumb….

With some of these comments I have to wonder what you guys are on.

Yes, Liam has changed in the 20-30 years it’s been between these two pictures – look at pictures of yourself and tell me you haven’t changed in that amount of time!

It’s quite possible Liam has had work done, he’s in the movie industry after all, but he’s not changed much and to say that you can’t recognize him is – in my opinion – complete and utter stupidity.

Men that get eye jobs have to be really careful that they’re not overdone, or they get “Asian” eyes -it looks really unnatural and almost feminine. Looks like they’re overdone. Too bad.

I too was shocked to see him at the funeral and in the ads for “Taken” – he was so good looking until this awful surgery. I think Natasha had a lot of plastic surgery too. It is so unfortunate that he thought he had to get all this work done. What the hell happened to that handsome hunk – Rob Roy?

He did have a serious motorcycle accident in 2000. Did that have any impact on his face? Also as stated he was a boxer, so his nose was messed up as a teen. It seems that his eyes have long been lop-sided, and it may be getting exagerated by age. Chins do get bigger with age, too. Its hard to tell with only 1 picture, and no idea how much time has elapsed.
I still think hes hot!!

A few years ago, Liam was in a terrible motorcycle accident near his home. I’m sure that most of the change we see in his face stems from that, wheter to reconstruct or to repair.

People! The first picture was taken when he was young, maybe in his 30’s. In the second picture, he’s much much older. Of course he’s not gonna look hot. That’s what happens when you get old. He just looks his age. Now if you want to see some freaky looking old guy, look to Wayne Newton.
