in the photo with the ‘BEFORE’ printed on it, she’s beautiful. with all the alterations she’s had, she’s in need of a good makeup artist now, her eyes look way too small, easily correctable with a smokey eye and eyeliner

It looks like her inflated cheeks are forcing her eyes closed. She was so beautiful the way she was. It’s a shame that she took it this far. I saw her on an episode of Ghost Whisperer and was shocked! My husband and I almost didn’t recognize her.

Man, look how pretty she was, and now she’s a freak. She looks like Steven Tyler in the fourth photo (are those cheek implants?). And she’s smiling all proud like she really thinks it looks good. Anyone ever notice that women with huge lips always smile with only a couple teeth showing? Meg Ryan, Melanie Griffith, Donatella Versace all do it. It makes their lips appear even larger. Nasty!

Lip collagen NEVER, EVER works to enchance one’s looks. There is not one woman who looks better afterwards. Nikki was very cute. I don’t know what these women are seeing when they ask for this procedure. If they saw someone with them, why isn’t it obvious that everyone looks worse? They have to be seeing something most of us don’t see.

-cheek implants
-face lift (her skin is tooooo tight!!)
- I disagree with the browlift! rather: upper not sure but definately lower eyelid surgery to remove excess skin – she must have thought she’s have the bags/puffiness removed from under eyes and look what she ended up with! In the last picture she looks like she has draw-on eyelids on the bottom! Horrific! She used to be so pretty!
And of course those disgusting puffy lips! She looks like Donald ducks twin sister! The lower part looks like an implant, the to part of her lips: cupids bow totally destroyed! Look at all the pock marks on her lips! Meh.

It would be interesting to know who the doctors/nurses/technicians are who are injecting the lip collagen or whatever it is they’re using. As Body Dysmorphic Syndrome is used to describe *patients* there should be a descriptor for the *doctors/nurses/technicians* who do this sort of stuff too: like Monetary Dysmorphic Syndrome.

I can’t believe she did this to herself I am not an avid watcher of Las Vegas but i caught it the other night and I didn’t even recognize her. I thought what a shame she was a beautiful girl and she has marred her face horribly the lips are awful considering she was fine before.. the cheeks and eyes make her look like someone who is 50 who had to much plastic surgery .. such a shame.

Her before picture is what the after picture would take to the plastic surgeon and say, “Please fix me and make me look like this. ” It’s a shame those in Hollyweird can’t leave what they have alone. Her face is so tight in that last picture. It looks like it hurts.

She has always had small eyes, inthe first picture, her makeup accentuates her eyes giving them the appearance of being bigger. However, in the last photo, the sunburn (?) on her face makes her cheeks and nose more prominant than her eyes, then coupled with the enormous lips, it really makes her eyes look very ‘piggy’ like. She had such a fresh pretty girlish look. And she apparently wanted a more womanly look, but I personally do not care for it. I genuinely hope she lets her lips go back to normal, because the oversize detracts enormously from her eyes.

Nikki was a very attractive lady, and it is a shame that she didn’t realize it. Don’t know who’s doing the work, but she should stop going to him/her. It may be too late, though
