Once again, it’s all in the lips. And the brows are too dark. As you age everything lightens. She needs to soften the brow color and warm up the blonde hair a little. Otherwise she looks pretty good.

She looks OKAY these days, but was quite pretty before. Is it my imagination or is her chin much larger nowadays? The bigger lips create a harsh contrast for her face. Same with the hair. In the first picture she has flowing wavy hair, in the second one stick straight and thin looking hair.

She’s very tranny looking now (don’t be fooled by that fairly good after pic bing used) … not surprising since most former models age that way when the fat cells in the face start to shrink

I noticed the change in her first when she appeared in “Kill Bill.” I thought she looked very odd compared to her “Wall Street” days. I actually think she looks okay in this photo, but other photos I have seen of her make her look very plastic. Try and find some other photos of her and post them. Maybe she had some extra work after “Kill Bill? and now she looks better, I don’t know.

wow….her chin looks different too, in the “Before” it looks narrow and delicate, whereas in the “After” it looks larger and squarer. Her eyes look different too, and yeah, the lip enhancement is out of sync with what she used to look like. Sad. She used to be an arresting beauty. I had a photo spread of her in Bazaar mag back in the day she was JFK Jr.’s GF, just before he broke it off with her and went public with Caroline Bessette. Word had it that Daryl did the shoot to scare off Bessette by putting her intimidating beauty on display. Obviously, that tack did not work. Nonetheless, her Bazaar photos were an amazing display of her incredible facial bone structure and body fitness which has gone missing in the pic you show.

What really stands out to me in the second photo is her flat, stringy, droopy hair, which makes her look 15 years older all on its own. When your face is starting to droop, long, straight hair is only going to exaggerate the problem.

Another victim of “fat face”. That’s what I call it when plastic surgeons try to recreate facial fullness using fat transfer and cheek implants. It doesn’t make these women look younger. It makes them look like they stuck a fat chick’s head on a thin chick’s body. I’ve almost never seen this type of thing work. They look fat and bloated in the face, NOT young.

Her lips don’t look artificially plumped to me. As for the lower half of her face, she’s probably put on some weight with age. She’s gotta be past 40 now….

Wanted to add that she looked better as a cool blonde – used to be platinum white when she was with JFK Jr. Used to have to wear less makeup. Now that she’s gone warm blonde she’s having to ear a lot more makeup to change the undertones of her lips and facial skin. Why do they do this???

I think she looks pretty good. Her upper lip looks a bit unnatural because they are way more plump than the bottom. I would be glad to look as good as her when I’m pushing 50.

The first shot looks like its 20 years old. Just saw her last week. She looks amazingly healthy for an actress and hot for a 48 year old. Cameras up close are pretty cruel on anyone. Nice to see a thin actress with a few curves. From 6 feet away she looked fantastic.

At first I just thought it was weight gain, but now I’m thinking she had some sort of chin implant. her entire face looks bigger and more masculine. Maybe she’s taking hormones or something! She almost looks like she could be a female member of the WWF. I myself have fairly masculine features, although I play up my girlieness and they are not as noticeable (wavy long hair, mascara, lip gloss, femmy clothes). But when I butch it up I definitely look more masculine (no makeup, bball cap, jeans). This could be the same for her – she could go either way lookswise, but is not doing much to play up her femininity right now. I know she rides horses, drives an El Camino, and is very outdoorsy. Maybe she just doesn’t feel like putting the effort into being glamorous now, since she had to do that for so long to stay in the spotlight. She doesn’t look bad, and at least she’s not whoring herself around like Shauna Sand, Lisa Rinna, etc. who feel the need flaunt it constantly. More power to her.

She lloks as though Dr. Sydney Coleman, Tribeca Plastic Surgery, NY worked on here. His trademark look, is generally Cro-magon…not so here, but it is always manly with that squared off chin. Google…”Complaints Borad….Dr. Sydney Coleman….Surgical Rape. And then….Dr. Sydney Coleman…..Buyer Beware. Coleman is a psychopath, who intententionally mutilates, his victims. He is affiliated with a stem cell research group. And responsible for all of the overstuffed faces out there, because he self promotes and teaches, a procedure which is unpredicatbale in it’s application. And the Cannula that he designed, destroys tissue. Throw the bastard in jail!

I really don’t think she looks all that bad, but I do see the change in her jaw and chin. I liked her with the more delicate looking face of her youth. Too bad surgeons feel they have to alter or otherwise try to improve natural beauties. It is a pity.

I just saw a photo of her in people magazine online and cant believe it. Much worse than the photo you have posted. I would love to say it’s just a bad photo, but i don’t think so. Poor thing, I’m sure she had no idea what she was getting her self into. Just terrible.

You guys think that EVERYTHING is plastic surgery, she’s almost 50 and probably going under menopause and maybe having hormones, is normal to women change a little during this phase except for extraordinary cases like Michelle Pfeiffer or Sharon Stone…she may have had a little botox but i don’t see plastic surgery, just a healthy, normal, aging woman.
Nobody looks like 20 forever, and she STILL looks like herself…

the ‘after’ photo you have posted is very flattering as to what she really looks like these days. I have seen several pictures of her (taken yesterday @ a protest in W. Virginia) and she looks horrendous. She comes from a family with big, big money and does not need the small money she made form her former acting career. She wanders the world supporting different causes, and during her rest stops has had a considerable amount of bad, bad plastic surgery, some look like corrective measures, others look like new surgeries altogether, most likely from different surgeons in different parts of the world..
