Seriously, I cannot see anything different about her other than the fact that she’s obviously aged, but in a good way. The only real fair way to analyze someone’s alleged use of cosmetic surgery is to compare two recent photos, not one recent and the other from years ago. Also, the lighting has a major affect on how a person’s face appears. Her lips also do not look so different; perhaps in the newer photo she has defined them with lip liner. She’s got all the traits one would have at her age: the facial lines, creases around her eyes. I think she looks great.

If her nose is wider, it’s probably from reconstructive surgery to repair the damage from years of cocaine abuse.

I think your “then” picture was taken after her nose job. Neither pic look like Laraine did during her SNL heydays.

You’re nuts! She had a total face job years ago (she had a totally Jewish shnoz – didn’t you every watch SNL in the 70s? Or were you even alive?), but she looks imensely better than she did. And her lip hasn’t changed at all – I think you mistake normal aging with plastic surgery. I have never had a nose job or botox, but my nose has become broader over the years. Since we lose fat in our face as we age, I think the nose thing becomes an optical illusion. C’mon, put some really disgusting and freakish plastic surgery up here. She looks great to me!

Oh wow I had no idea botox could cause widening of the features. A slim nose is considered more attractive in general so another reason why I wouldn’t even risk something as “common” as botox.

Once again, I disagree, she looks pretty good to me and I don’t say that about anyone and I always say the people who inject collegen in their lips are bound to look worse–always. But Laraine, looks pretty good to me.
Hey she’s older, none of us look like we did at 20. The ones who do too much look bad, Laraine, doesn’t look like she did much.

She probably has had lip collagen, but she’s got wrinkles – deep creases in her cheeks and around her eyes. I don’t think she uses Botox. You know, as you age, your nose becomes larger…..could it just be natural aging?

I think you are way off on this one. She doen’t look that altered, only a bit fuller in the face. Actually, she looks good.

Laraine looks great, actually! Her nose may be a tad broader, but it’s not grotesque. It’s nice to see how well she’s held up.

She looks good for a 57 year old that was a huge drug addict in her younger days. She doesnt look wierd or unnatural either.

Actually the lips look the same to me… I think she looks good, and can’t see any big changes not explained simply by aging.

You do know that people’s ears and noses grow throughout their lives, right?

She looks much better than she used to – see her on Curb Your Enthusiasm and she was virtually unrecognizable.

her lips look the same to me, except the colour (hello lipstick!). her nose may be wider in the “after” photo, because of the angle. i don’t think she’s had botox or anything for that matter :/

Her eyes crinkle when she smiles and she doesn’t have the waxy face typical of Botox users. Also, her smile is broader in the ‘after’ pic which slightly minimizes the fullness of her upper lip. I think she has aged pretty well and is not as fake as you are describing.

Honestly I don’t think she looks too bad … the thing I noticed in the then-photo is that she was alot prettier than I remembered. The lighting is also much different in the two pics. She looks like she spends time in the sun, I would avoid that if I were her.

you didn’t go far enough back in the “before” photo. She had a much larger nose when she did SNL in the 70s, I am certain she got that changed. Also, I think she got breast implants, she was very flat-chested on the show…

I don’t agree. I think Lorraine actually still looks like herself, just an older. And “gasp!” she actually has wrinkles around her eyes not the pulled too tight mask most celebs of her age have. I think she looks good.

I think her lips look like they need collagen! Her top lip is so flat, it’s like she painted a line of lipstick but there’s nothing underneath. I’d hate to see her get big fat courtney lips tho, so I guess she looks okay, just old.

She had a nose job years ago. After her time on SNL and before Problem Child. The botox and other are newer.
