Breastfeeding and weight lost can make your breast look like hers. My own experience tells me that. I breasfed and I was a cup D for the year I did it. After I stopped, I lost 35 pounds aprox. and my breast went to a cup A adn they are very similar to those of the picture. It sucks... but I lost a lot of weight and I am happy about that. I have never seen a normal looking lift or reduction job. She is scar-less in the first picture so unless they went through her navel the after is a result of surgery.
