The nose is a bit questionable but i'm far from certain that she's had it done. It's not unusual, when you do upper-body strength training, for the boobs to get smaller (from working the pectoral muscles) and the arms to get bulkier or leaner (in women, mostly from finally getting the damned triceps buffed up ;) I think she just works out now.
