Nikki Cox never lacked in the looks department prior to joining the tv show, Las Vegas. At that point, something went awry. It was as if she decided to to fiddle with literally every body part. Her chest shrank and she lost a large amount of weight to obtain the Hollywood female skeleton look.
More recently, her lips were distracting to look at. They simply looked strange. At the time of this writing she seems to have laid off the trout pout look. But she still looks odd.
Here she is at the height of the overly inflated lip look.

By the time she left, I could barely stand to look at her. WHY WHY WHY do these girls have to go and mess themselves up! |

I could not take my eyes off her lips and commented throughout the entire show on them. It spoiled the show for me because I couldn’t focus on anything else. To say it was distracting is an understatement. She looks so beautiful in that first pic, before the lip enhancement. I saw pics of her recently where you could see every bone in her upper chest area sticking out, too. Why do these women think that unnaturally fat, swollen lips look good? And why would anyone want to look like an emaciated carcus? Beats me. |

The big lips now only enhance her beady eyes. She is completely nuts and must be incredibly insecure to have done this. Shame. |
