breasts are fat and milk ducts they cannot be “toned”. You can work the pectoral muscles underneath for a lift but not to the effect that it will reduce the size of the breast itself. She could have lost some breast fat if she lost weight but i agree with the other poster, the rounded shape is NOT natural! Stop kidding yourself Kim!

There not real because real breast do not have that rounded look Kim has in every photo. With natural breasts you can achieve a lift with a good push up bra but it will not look like this. The round shape on top is from the silicone or saline implant. I think the implants look somewhat natural on Kim because she has a pear shape body frame and the implants help her look proportion.
