That upper lip is just bizarre!
It dosen’t even look like she is smiling on the last picture… her lower lip is smiling, but the upper lip is so stuffed it just kinda rolls over her gum.

At least she left the lower lip alone…

This is nothing new, when she first appeared in the Aerosmith videos she had trout pout, possibly to have a stronger resemblance to her father. After she became more successful the lips deflated, why she re-inflated is beyond me.

The first, non-smiling picture doesn’t look that bad. But the smiling picture looks awful. It looks like some of the midface muscles don’t move correctly. Botox?

I will never undestand why Melanie Griffith, and now Liv think that having an enormous upper lip is some how attractive. The bottom lip is almost always naturally fuller.

I get so sick and tired of already-beautiful people trying to “enhance” their beauty. Liv Tyler was beautiful. Now she looks disfigured. If there are any girls and women reading this comment: Don’t get cosmetic surgery. They go wrong more often than they go right! Just don’t do it!

What else has she done? There is something very different about the way her face looks-puffier cheeks, more prominent chin (that may be just the camera angle), flatter bridge of the nose? Aside from her lips, something is not right? And can ANYONE tell me why these women find this lip deformation necessary, much less “attractive”? I just don’t get it! It’s always so obvious when they have to strain to close their lips! Stop Please!!!!

Lip filling in itself isn’t a bad treatment used for the right reasons – i.e. you have a top lip that disappears when you smile. She didn’t need it because her lips were pretty to begin with – she has actually decreased her attractiveness having this procedure.

Frewt, are you retarded? Lip filling is not good at all. Most people’s lips are fine the way they are. So what if your lips disappear when you smile? You don’t need full lips to be beautiful. I’m tired of everyone trying to fix their lips. When you get older, your lips will get thinner anyway. I’ve seen beautiful people with thin and thick lips.

i hate that she changed her face. She was so subtlely pretty. The kind of Actress whose charm surprised you and you had to love her. Now her appearance makes her seem so obvious…her jaw also looks squarer- i’ve always noticed her fac was so slim- maybe she’s did something to her jawline to fix her narrow face.

I just saw her in “The Incredible Hulk” and her slug lip was so obvious…it was almost distracting me from the horrible acting…She was lovely the way she was, its a shame.

When my husband and I saw The HULK, we kept saying to eachother, “That IS liv Tyler, right?” The lip plumping was so disfiguring we honestly didn’t recognize her. I really hope it was just a filler that will eventually be absorbed by her body and not some godawful implant that will mar her face for the rest of her life. It makes her look like that muppet you always show on this site. Why do producers allow their talent to do this kind of thing? I hope Liz doesn’t turn into Meg Ryan, if you know what I mean.

Her nose looks way better now. Anyone who says differently is blind. Obviously skinny, protruding noses with big nostrils are unattractive. her nose looks flatter, wider and more aesthetically pleasing.

So, so sad. She’s such a pretty woman, c’mon, why? We saw Hulk yesterday and her trout put was the most scary thing of the movie – we were 4 people watching the DVD and there was no scne with her on it that wouldn’t prompt a comment about why on earth would she disfigure herself in that way.

I hope she reads this.
