Botched Plastic Surgery Victim Faces Lawsuit

Remember the plastic surgery victim left with the huge hematoma from underarm liposuction? She is being threatened legally by the plastic surgeon who performed the surgery. This victim spent 4 days at Los Angeles aftercare facility Serenity (owned by Norm Galper) and despite her complaints of pain under her armpit, none of the staff looked at the area. Her doctor, Dr Chia Kao (who is threatening her with a lawsuit; however the state of California is still investigated the situation), saw her the day after surgery and dismissed her concerns about burning under her armpit. The patient departed the aftercare facility after four days and on the fifth day, due to increasing pain, she unwrapped her bandages and discovered the hematoma herself.

Since the surgery, she has suffered from pain on a daily basis under her left armpit and in her left breast. Recently, she received a letter from the doctor who performed the surgery threatening a lawsuit, because she told her story publicly.
