Sissy Spacek has one of the most obvious nose jobs in cinematic history (Michelle Pfeiffer is a closer number 2). What did her nose look like before it was chopped half off? Her bridge was rather thick, but that was really the only flaw. Too bad rhinoplasty was not more advanced back in the 70s, when the one size fits all ideal ruled nose jobs.
